What is your refund policy for art, prints, and readings?

We do not offer refunds on prints. For commissioned art, a 50% refund is available if canceled, or a 25% refund if you are dissatisfied with the final product. For private readings, a full refund is issued if canceled more than 48 hours prior to the booked reading. A 50% refund is provided if canceled within 48 hours of the appointment. No refunds are given for readings canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment, for missed appointments, or for emailed readings. Remote healing services are eligible for a full refund if canceled at any time before the appointment.

How do you handle shipping for art and prints?

All art is shipped once a month. Please allow two weeks for arrival after shipment. Shipping costs are rounded up for both local (within the US) and international shipping to ensure balanced and fair pricing across regions.

How do you protect my personal information and confidentiality?

Any information gathered during a reading or healing session is kept strictly confidential. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal details remain secure and private.

What is the process for canceling or rescheduling a spiritual card reading?
